Gee, those damned unelected EU bureaucrats so dreaded by James Heartfield - how dare they interfere with sound business practices? Our democratically elected representatives in the US would not let such foolish things happen - it is "employment at will" here in the US of A with no legal right to leave or vacation - if you get any, it is a an act of charity of your employer.
