Yeah, there are some benighted people and some benighted neighborhoods, but the mayor of NYC would never doubt that Obama is an American. Not even a pigfucker like Rudy. This isn't some random stranger - it was someone elected by the broad population. I'm really surprised that the mayor of Champaign could be such a racist yahoo.
