Wait a minute... Lame Brain Onanists and, uh, suggest off beat stuff to your heart's content... you got beating off on the brain or what!?

In any event, anything and everything by Eduardo Galeano is worth reading. I really like Kelly Link's twisted short stories in Stranger Things Happen. More conventioally, I like most all of Reginald Hill's English detective mysteries for beach and vacation reading... and Laurie R. King's updatings of late-in-life Sherlock Holmes... she looks like my mom and writes in a voice that reads like my own (even if I don't actually speak or write that way).

Movies, man... I'd love to see Diva again... "I hate elevators."
