You do realize that the parts of the memos that you can't quite 
understand because they look like gobblygook is published formats based 
on TELEGRAPHY.  Good luck moving that whole system (ACP127 if you want 
to Google it; hell, Carrol probably remembers it :-)) to some far-out 
high-tech secrets box.
