Add 'meaner'? The most interesting debate I witnessed in Porto Alegre at 
the WSF last month was Eric Toussaint correctly calling the Brazilians 
subimperialists. He made a fine case, based on his crucial work in the 
Bolivarean zone. I would make the same case about South Africa in Africa.
