You could arguably count the ironically-named Lebanese Social Democratic Party, aka the Kataeb Party, aka the Phalange, as one. Some might also include the Syrian Social Nationalist Party, also in Lebanon. Of course, since these parties are respectively pro-Zionist and pro-Syrian, they are frequently found at each other's throats, which is the big part of the problem with trying to figure out fascism.
