Tuli hung around the early FAIR office, 1986-87. He was a friend of Martin 
Lee's. I had no idea who he was, but I was intrigued. Then I began watching 
him spar with reactionary phoners on Coco Crystal's live Manhattan Cable 
access show. He and Coco smoked weed on camera and read anarchist poetry.

Ah. I feel old.
