UVa has posted audio clips from William Faulkner's time as writer in residence, 1957-58. Amazing one where WF takes Virginia to task for not acting as the leader of the south, but instead acting like crude Mississippi, by having mistakenly sent out some dinner invitations to "Negroes," invitations that of course had to be recalled.
