You can find a recorded version of today's hearing, find the 
Specter 30mins. Very tough. Kagan did well, but ultimately
slimed out on separation of powers, executive over reach, and
the reach of the SC into legislative power. 

Specter was pretty damned awesome. He doesn't trust her. I
think she is a neocon-soft variety. She is especial soft on all of 
the issues that Specter hit on.
