Bad choice of example. Prior to the last couple of centuries there was no such thing as an "oppressed minority"; no one ever bothered to tell the slaves in the Egyptian gold mines that they were stupid or ugly; they were just told to keep working away or else. Oppressed minorities only exist in bourgeois democracies.
