Before this bill became unpopular and when Obama was still riding high during the election campaign Wall Street funds flowed first into the Democratic coffers. Of course now the Democracts are in the doldrums or worse the money will flow not to Tweedle Dee but Tweedle Dum. Why settle for just an administration good for Wall Street when in the future you can do even better as the tide turns?
