i was told offlist that I committed the horrible horrible offense of using 
NA for New Atheists and shortchanging the real keepers of the abbreviation. 
Also, something about my entire oeuvre being one that means that I have no 
love lost for Natvie Americans. *shrug*

As for confusing people who do  drive by on the archives.... I am so going 
to lose sleep over that! oh noes! what shall I do! from now on, i'll have 
to spell out everything I write, in detail, so no one ever ever ever reads 
something I write and gets confused over lack of context because they are, 
uh, doing a quickie drive by on a fucking conversation!
