Well he clearly underrates the potential of policy - a thoroughgoing
Swede-Asian breeding program could surely reduce the American poverty
rate to 6.7 per cent within three generations while raising life
expectancy to 90 years. Another three or four generations and world
poverty would be reduced to quite manageable proportions.
