Oh, it's the same tired Rightwing horseshit about how the lower orders aren't white enough for civilization. A total crock -- Sweden has low poverty rates because of strong unions and a comprehensive and fair welfare state, not because of some mythical Norse social bond which exists only in Brooks' fevered brain.

The US has terrible social inequality and poverty because of centuries of imperial whiteness and racism, and because it pisses away its money on trillion dollar bailouts for failed banksters and trillion dollar failed colonial wars.
