There were about 1000 anti-Israeli protesters, which isn't bad considering the short notice.
There were about half a dozen pro Israel people.
Otherwise, not much to report. The protest march kept to the sidwalk and walked from the Israeli consulate to the most heavily touristed area of SF (Market/Powell). Most calls were for end of U.S. support to Israel.
The only other noticeable thing was that the anti-Israeli protesters were either pretty old or very young. Not much in between. I'd say most of the protesters were Jews, except for about a couple of dozen Palestinians.
