Chuck: "Obama had a majority in the Senate and House. You just can't blame the Republicans, a filibuster threat, or the tender sensibilities of the white male swing vote. What is that bullshit about?"

[WS:] You may be right or not. All I am saying is that we have no way of knowing what motivated Obama administration to take the course of action they did. There are many possible explanations ranging from political ineptitude, to dealing with force majeure, to a machiavellian manipulations, and anything in between. But none of us has any way of knowing it for a fact, at least now. So imputing evil motives to Obama administration sounds to me like a child who did not get a candy saying to his mother that she is evil and does not love him anymore - a bit infantile.

And do not take it personally - it is about left wing kvetching not you.
