Lese majeste. You don't embarrass the USA and get away with it. It doesn't matter that we all "knew" it. Learning that Hillary signed an order to get Ban-ki Moon's iris and DNA info and AmEx numbers is not something they can tolerate. And who knows what's next? Examples must be set.
