[WS:] True, but but anti-government rhetoric touches a raw nerve in this political climate, so pardon me for being a bit jumpy.

But the figure that you quoted $6.4 trillion is just not believable, BEA quoted less than $5 trillion, and if you take out transfers - which are not spending - the actual amount spent by government is far less - see my reply to Doug.
