That's why there are so many leadership and leadership studies programs, so that leaders understand the people's needs, man! Are you saying that leaders aren't responsible for exciting their followers?! 'Cuz its clear to any thinking person that there are leaders and there are followers and that's all there is to it! Come O-on! Some leaders got us into this mess and now we need other leaders to get us out. ;-)
