Yeah, there is something like a ruling class. Not always unified and coherent, but it's there. And it often has a better sense of the class struggle than the ruled.

^^^^^^^ CB: It pretty much always has more class consciousness and unity than the ruled class. When it doesn't there comes a crisis of the type we are looking for; not a periodic or episodic business crisis, but a revolutionary crisis.
