They're not only taking shape, they're a flood tide. There are communities of dissent within the US, at the very heart of the corporate machine, ingeniously concealed within the videogame culture (e.g. Santa Monica Studios and Insomniac). But the unshackled, raw creativity bursting out of the BRIC media cultures is mind-boggling. I literally find it hard to keep up.
