What are you arguing for? Some sort of autonomist stimulus package? If you want to think of productive activity that occurs through corporations as done by people, fine - but why not the same for governments? They're chosen and paid for by people - more so than corps.
As for the disbursement to the obscenely wealthy, that's at best a partial truth. Even in the U.S., the fisc is mildly redistributive.
