Don't want to nitpick, but many prescriptions offered seem like
post-GENTRIFICATION projects...Too many well-meaning, hard-working
careerist, clueless,'white shadow' teachers already!   Equity, due process,
equal enforcement, equal protection etc. issues, in accord with!
