Moe in the popular culture than specifically in the left. Comedy of the 60s all the way through the 80s had anti-mime jokes.

Not specifically on the list. But again something I've encountered a lot from people bitching about demonstrations." Puppets are so old fashioned, stuck in the past" - that sort of thing. When I ask for an explanation I don't get one - it is supposed to be self-evident.
