Buckpassing by whom? The retail clerk who sold Loughner the Glock? Of course not. But a culture that believes it is the inalienable right of any person to possess a fireman of the lethality of Glock 9 with 30 round mags is off its collective head. Far more off its its head than the authors of LPS, or, as Michael Savage has been raving for the past week, anyone who has experiment with Saliva.
