If you arrange the extra screens Jordan's  suggesting in a circular arc, 
the effort to focus on different parts of the text may be acceptable. 
Since you are displaying big, the seams between the screens may not 
prevent you from perceiving text lines as continuous (the screens would 
have to be well aligned and of same display resolution).
