CB & Julio share one position, Doug & Carrol share another - uncomfortable as the may be for them - differing on voluntarist/structuralist emphases. (I'm reminded of Perry Anderson's Arguments Within English Marxism, from a generation ago.)

But the latter seems to me correct, and the former wrong. --CGE
