In his latest screed, Fidel Castro wrote:

Chileans know about earthquakes. So do Iranians. Why, "after what happened in Japan," has the Iranian regime not renounced the "peaceful" nuclear program that is the pretext for international sanctions? Maybe because its not so peaceful after all?

And, by the way, what do *Cubans* think of all the resources their government has wasted, and contemplates going on wasting, on nuclear power projects?
