this was always a huge war-marketing lie and they used it also now. just some plain stupid thing, anyone knowing war can confirm it doesn't lasts short.
the war in Lybia has just started and it won't end next week. no war ever did, in Iraq, in Afghanistan and elsewhere. and unfortunately the worst has still to come in Lybia, if for instance someone has the brilliant idea to siege Tripoli. to not even mention all the oil drilling stuff that China owns there..
