the cliched buffalo springfield song keeps coming to mind, so (heh)
for what it's worth, I thought Carrol would find its origins
interesting. It was written in response to a 1996 riot that happened
when people got pissed about a 10 pm curfew created to keep young
people from congregating and making too much noise listening to rock
music.
