cb is right, at least about Iraq. Although Obama has gone out of his way to have his fascist-minded Attorney General give unconditional amnesty to all the Bushit crimes from torture to assassination to domestic spying and to deny any chance of civil legal redress to the victims of those crimes, as well as doing the same with all the bankster crimes during the Bushit years, on Iraq he is not "emulating" Bush. When cb says, quarter-truthfully, "We are scheduled to have all troops out of Iraq by the end of the year" he carefully omits not only that the scheduling was done by *Bush*, not only that Obama, like Bush, is committed to keeping a veritable Blackwaterish mercenary army in Iraq with no end in sight, but especially that Obama is openly putting maximum pressure on al Maliki to "request" (without, of course, any vote by the Iraqi people) the continued indefinite presence of up to 20,000 troops for "training" and "security."
