imply in terms of strategic objectives.  Not to support Dems?  What
good will this do?

Quite honestly, I do not see any realistic alternative to working with
Dems.  Of course, it does not mean unconditional support or betting on
a single candidate, but rather making Dems more responsive to the
demands from the left.  I would thus like to hear more how exactly to
achieve this strategic objectives instead of being told, ad nauseam,
how Obama and Dems suck.
