Insurrections may not be planned frequently, but those involved often have some idea of what they want. Those who are demonstrating against wall street or the system know who to blame, but without a functional vision they will never create a positive result. What would they do if wall street fell before their knees? Increase consumption to create jobs? Destroy the old system before building a new one?

A good plan could enlist the support of many more people. Anger may supply some of the motivation, but those acting on anger, or even love, need a plan or their actions will probably be destructive.

Blame past failures to a lack of a good plan as much as anything else.
