Does anyone know of a good Political Economist (from the heterodox/radical tradition) who specialises/has an interest in public procurement? I would like to be in touch with someone who is more radical and knows AND works with the understanding that there is a difference between Neo-Classical or Public Economics text-book theories, and policy-making in a complex and highly stratified society.
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
