If it is for journalistic or pseudo-journalistic (i.e., blogging :-)) use, it is probably safe under a “fair use” clause. However, I am not a lawyer, and am more often wrong than right. The book is here: http://leftbusinessobserver.com/Book_info.html#wallstreet.
