So any chance that this new wave of enthusiasm might cause Verso to reconsider bringing the book out again (in new and expanded form, of course!), or are they just no longer into economic writing, what with all the Cultural Marxism they make their bread and butter with? They did a campaign recently where they asked folks to submit copies of old NLB/Verso books so that they could bring their entire back catalog into print -- lots of nice goodies like Ernest Mandel's history of WWII -- so it seems logical that they'd want to bring back the one book in their catalog that probably rivaled Rigoberta Menchu's biography in terms of sales.
P.S. Fucking commodity form. I used to **give away** used copies to friends. No way to do that when the price is 1 grand.
