[lbo-talk] Meanwhile in Pakistan

I do not think that facts in both situations are relevant. The only thing that matters is hysteria about these allegations (true or false, doesn't matter) stirred up by forces that can be described as fascist.

That is all that matters, as it is not possible to talk with fascists other than through the business end of a rifle as far as I know.

Or let me rephrase it a bit. Suppose there had been a Jewish banker conspiracy in Germany in the 1920s. Does that mean that the Nazis may have had a point? Do Taliban or their ISI handlers? Or to use another example, more germane for the discussion regarding the circumstances of killing bin Laden - the actions of the Resistance in Nazi- occupied Europe were often followed by the Nazis rounding up and executing random people. Does that mean that the Nazis were right doing so, since they were "provoked" by the Resistance?
