A conservative is anyone who contributes time or money to either regular party.

A leftist is a person who contributes money and (not and/or) time to some local political group (non-electoral) as well as to at least one major left periodical (MR, ATC, etc).

Those who fit neither of these categories are non-politcal.

This whole thread is utterly absurd in its naïve use of meaningless (rubber bag) categories as though they were in any remotely objective way definable.

Where's this (in)famous critical thinking that the list got hysterical over some months ago?

P.S. It is impossible to ground any of these categories, or to demonstrate that they are any less arbitrary than the ones I suggest.
