Black Bloc is a tactic I didn't quite get what the specific tactic is.
Militant action ? What more specifically ?  Tactic implies that is is
part of a larger strategy. What is the strategy ? Or as
anti-activistists might ask, what's the theory ?

I think Graeber has a point in criticizing the use of the term "cancer".
