[lbo-talk] Why do Russian and Chinese regimes support the most disgusting ones?

Any ideas about why Russian and Chinese regimes support the most disgusting,
most loathsome and rotten-most regimes in the world--Gaddafi, Basher
(Syria), etc.? Is it sheer backwardness or total lack of intelligence that
supports the obnoxious and the doomed ones.

In Nepal, it was the night-vision helicopter-bomber provided/sold by the
Russian regime to the then monarchy that caused the most damage to the
Maoist militants, people and the nation--and Chinese regime also disgraced
itself completely by fully supporting the then monarchy against the Maoists
and "democracy-mongers".

Ultimately monarchy fell headlong into the ditch, but the Russian and
Chinese ruling idiots learnt nothing from such experience. They are dead to
learning or drawing any lessons from experience, historical or
non-historical.

It would have been better and logical had US regime and Co. supported the
monarchy and the Chinese the Maoists and "democracy-mongers".
