[WS:] Depends how you measure it, no?  If you measure it as 'episodes'
rather than more or less permanent states, it is not surprising at
all.  It merely says that 25% of men experienced an episode of
impotence with their partners - which is hardly surprising.  If, otoh,
it says that 25% of men are impotent most of the time - this indeed
looks fishy.
