[WS:] The Repugs are the Big Oil Party.  What the testing industrial
complex has to offer is bupkes in comparison.  By promoting "choice"
in education their strategic goal seem to be splitting the traditional
Dem base, especially middle class Blacks who support choice and
vouchers.
