The Repugs win. The individual mandate of course was long supported by Romney and was supported as far back as 1989 by the Heritage Foundation. This decision is good for Romney, Insurers, and the Heritage Foundation. Declaring Obamination Care Constitutional is hailed as a great leap forward by liberals. Universal health care is off the menu and now the Republicans can attack from the right. See
