The usual problem with using jargon is that jargon is -- by
definition! -- a shared shorthand that exists within a specific context.
So if the person you're jargon'ing isn't part of that context, either
you've been sloppy in using un(der-)defined terminology; or you're using
your "inside knowledge" as a weapon against them.
"What wrong with jargon?" is only asked by those who use it as a lever,
not as a club.
