There is no need for an untapped source of radicals. There are more than enough to start and maintain a powerful radical movement. But so far they remain passive. Passivity (indifference, whether they are voters or non-voters) is what has to be overcome. Changing opinions can wait. Opinion simply is not relevant in the absence of a strongly visible mass movement.

But that's not the point. The point is that they didn't vote. Not sure translating electoral refusal into fictional electoral results makes a lot of sense.
