Math?

Why does it seem unlikely to you that they have all the right ones locked up?

Wouldn't that mean we should see no violent crime?

Not sure about your city -- check that, I am sure about your city! -- but in my city, there's a lot of violent crime every day. There's no way that anyone could say that there are "already enough" violent criminals in jail/prison.
