I am in the same boat, both on the version of “morality” that Carrol might be talking about (in fact, I strongly believe that human progress would be impossible without [that version of] morality), as well as the question of “sex work” (which I recently found two men discussing over on BTN :-) <— smiley because Doug has discussed the issue with many female guests of course. I do think he and all his guests are wrong! I wish he would invite someone, if he hasn’t, that has an opposite view to his on prostitution and pr0n).

Absolutely! You are the best! Not sure if you got M.Smith’s point right, but I think he is saying you and shag might be the only people *less moralistic* (perhaps in the first sense you define i.e., sermonising) than him. I don’t know about M.Smith’s moralism, I read him purely for the joy of snark, but I think he is quite right on the ranking.
