See an article in LLR by Peter Linebaugh. It focuses on the death penalty
as part of the overall class struggle.
I would add that the basic objection to supporters of the Death Penalty is
that they are _either_ highly class-conscious capitalists _or_ fucking
racists, whether they know it or not.
