Thanks. Trotsky covers this same topic in much shorter mention but I forget where, My Life? Christ, it was only a month ago and there was so much detail that has already dimmed. It's the consequence of nearly speed reading out of joy. Lessons of October is probably worth the read, but after two giant works... It's on the web for consult...
