Conclusions, ideas, analyses, etc can be stupid or intelligent. Statements about some person's intelligence are stupid statements, and such a statement discredits any argument grounded in it.
And incidentally, no one has ever given an acceptable definition of the thing (intelligence) referred to here. There are endless senses of the _word_ "intelligence," but nothing very intelligent about what intelligence is.
